General Information and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 399t platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By using any service provided through the 399t website, mobile application, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

Account Registration and Eligibility

Multiple Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are created using the same device, IP address, name, or payment method, 399t reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and close all associated accounts.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

399t provides fast and secure transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 via any method.
• Deposits must be sent from your own registered mobile banking number.
• Deposits made through a third party are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Withdrawals will not be processed if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

399t offers attractive bonuses and promotional offers for its members. These bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, and it is important to understand the following before use.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• The minimum deposit to receive the welcome bonus is ৳300.
• Wagering Requirement: the total amount of deposit plus bonus must be wagered 10 times.
• For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus. You will need to place bets totalling 10 times ৳2,500, which equals ৳25,000, before you can withdraw.
• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• If the requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Each registered account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.

General Bonus Policy

• 399t reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers without prior notice.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used to play games.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 399t reserves the right to investigate and suspend the account.
• Attempting to meet bonus requirements through affiliate arrangements or group coordination is prohibited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being closed.

VIP Program

399t operates a three-tier VIP programme for regular and loyal members:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

Members can progress to higher tiers over time based on regular gaming activity. Cashback is credited to the account on a weekly basis subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399t platform. Violating these terms may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Opening an account using false or fraudulent information.
• Engaging in money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors for unfair advantage.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts.
• Attempting to manipulate the system through group coordination.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Harassing or disturbing other members or staff through misconduct or abusive behaviour.

Account Cancellation

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, however any unearned bonuses will be forfeited.
